1. Check the Sizing:
Sizing matters! If the BIONIC is too small, the patented defensive geometry might not deflect chew forces properly.  Try one size up for power chewers — that often makes a big difference.

2. About Super and Heavy Chewers:
Since our founding in 2006, millions of BIONIC toys have brought Tail Wagging Durability to dogs everywhere. Still, about 3–5% of pups have outsmarted our toughest designs — we’re constantly innovating to close that gap!

Thanks for letting us know! The Toss-N-Tug is designed as a lightweight flying toy — great for fetch and tug, but not for heavy chewing.

If your dog is a strong or heavy chewer, we recommend trying the BIONIC Urban Stick or BIONIC Bone, which feature our patented defensive geometry for maximum durability.  Remember to size correctly for best results!

Yes!  For extra fun and a longer chew session, fill your BIONIC with peanut butter, yogurt, or cheese and freeze it.  It’s perfect for hot summer days or easing separation anxiety. ❄️🐾

Yes! BIONIC Rubber is an FDA Food Grade material and 100% synthetic, so… does not contain natural latex.  BIONIC Rubber is safe for dogs and owners with latex allergies.
