Terms and Conditions for the BIONIC Dog Toys Contest

1. Contest Overview

The BIONIC Influencer Contest (the “Contest”) is organized by BIONIC Dog Toys on behalf of Rolf C. Hagen Inc. (“Organizer”). By participating in this Contest, influencers agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Eligibility

• The Contest is open to Canadian residents who have reached the age of majority in their province or territory of residence at the time of entry.
• Participants must be active social media users and have a public account on at least one of the following platforms: Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, or YouTube.
  
  
  

3. How to Enter

To enter the Contest, participants must:

• Be invited to participate by the Organizer.
• Sign Up: Click the designated button on our website to receive a BIONIC Play Pack, which includes our best-selling toys for tough chewers.
• Create and Post Content: After receiving your Play Pack, create and share original content on social media, showcasing the toys in action.
• Use Hashtags and Tags: Include the hashtag #BIONICDogToys and tag @bionicdogtoys in your post.
  
  
  

4. Confirmation of Eligibility

• Participants must ensure that they have tagged BIONIC Dog Toys (@bionicdogtoys).
• Once verified, participants will receive a confirmation email regarding their eligibility for the Contest.
  
  
  

5. Contest Period

The Contest begins on [start date] and ends on [end date]. All entries must be received by the end date to be considered.

6. Prizes

Participants will have a chance to win one of two amazing prize packages. Each prize includes:

• GoPro Hero 11 Bundle (two batteries, Shorty Mini Extension Pole, 64GB microSD card, camera case)
• GoPro Fetch Dog Harness (dog POV camera mount)

GoPro is a registered trademark of GoPro, Inc. The inclusion of GoPro products as part of this prize package does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement by GoPro, Inc. This contest offering the GoPro camera and related accessories is solely organized and sponsored by BIONIC Dog Toys.

7. Winner Selection

Winners will be selected through a random draw from all eligible entries. The Organizer will contact the winners via direct message and/or email.

8. Prize Conditions

• Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
• The Organizer reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.
  
  
  

9. Publicity Release

By participating, winners agree to allow the Organizer to use their name, social media handles, and submitted content for promotional purposes without compensation.

10. Disqualification

The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these Terms and Conditions or engages in fraudulent activity.

11. Limitation of Liability

The Organizer is not responsible for any technical malfunctions or failures of any kind, including but not limited to: malfunctions of network hardware or software, or any injury or damage to participants or to any computer related to or resulting from participation in the Contest.

12. Governing Law

This Contest is governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the laws of Canada applicable therein.
